Edinburgh Holiday Guest House

I stayed here at the weekend before competing in the Survival of the Fittest event. The owners were extremely hospitable and extremely friendly. I had a couple of requests which they had no issues with, you'd never get the same service at a hotel. I would definitely recommend this place as will try and stay there next year if I enter the race again.

Stayed at this BB for two nights with some friends premises very clean and owners very helpful and friendly would definitely use this BB again breakfast a good selection.The BB is about twenty minutes from city centre but plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Also a good bus service if you are not one for walking.

We stayed two nights in Edinburgh catching up with family. We were very impressed with this new B&B. The couple who run the guest house are so helpful & friendly. Great value, wifi, spotless! Maybe the the only improvement would be better curtains in the bedroom. I would definitely stay again.

Very good and polite staff, very clean room with aesthetic design. Location is good. Even we were late from breakfast, they put it nearby our room. Really caring and nice staff.

Nice, clean, everything's straight forward, even through this hard time they've taken my last minute booking and waited with a smile in the middle of the night. If I visit Edinburgh again, will definitely book this place.
